ATB Financial was looking for an engaging internal marketing campaign that involved online and location-based activities for over 5500 ATB employees. ATB’s goal was to connect with their internal team and present them with a new, interactive way of learning.

It was such a success that employees were anticipating the release of new badge items before the levels were unlocked.
