Connecting with a new employee before their first day on the job is critical, but often a new hire’s initial look into a company is through a training binder on their first day. ATCO wanted to connect with their new employees in a way that would challenge the effectiveness of traditional approaches to onboarding.



ATCO worked with TIQ to create a fun, gamification solution for orientation material. This approach offered new employees an onboarding experience that they could navigate at their own pace and place. As a result, ATCO onboarded new employees 2 weeks before their first day on the job and 80% of new hires actually walked through the front door on their first day having fully completed their online module.
